Refund Policy

Refund Policy - the basics 

At Lilla Bo Care, I value your time and my caregiving commitment. I understand that changes happen and things come up, and our policy is designed to offer flexibility while also respecting the time blocked for your family.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled care session will receive a full refund.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 12 to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.

Deposits

  • Some bookings may require a deposit at the time of confirmation. Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where Lilla Bo Care must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.

Provider Cancellations

  • Suppose your scheduled caregiver is unable to attend for any reason. In that case, you will receive a full refund and be offered the option to reschedule at no additional charge. Cancellations may be subject to a maximum of 4 hours of complimentary services.

Illness & Emergencies

  • If your child is ill or you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. While our cancellation policy still applies, we may offer credits or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.

No-Shows

  • If a caregiver arrives and no one is present for the scheduled session, or we are unable to reach you, the session will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment platform.

Lilla Bo Care is an independently operated child care service provided solely by one caregiver. By booking services with Lilla Bo Care, you acknowledge and agree that child care is provided at your request and discretion.

While every effort is made to ensure a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment, Lilla Bo Care is not liable for any unforeseen incidents, injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during the course of care. Parents and guardians are responsible for communicating any relevant medical conditions, allergies, behavioral notes, or emergency protocols before each session.

All services are offered based on availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed. Use of this service constitutes agreement with the stated refund policy and terms of care.
